The Company is committed to continually improving the quality management system and performance and to providing products and services of appropriate quality to meet the needs and expectations of its customers and regulatory requirements.
All plant and equipment is operated and maintained to the highest possible standards, by the implementation of good maintenance and operating procedures and awareness of improved technologies and practices.
We recognise quality as a key corporate responsibility and the Managing Director and Senior Managers are committed to ensuring that at all levels within the organisation its operations and activities are managed to provide customers with the best possible service.
Procedures are in place to meet obligations to our customers.
The company operates a documented Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 with approval by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance and provides a framework for establishing, reviewing and monitoring; policy statements, risks & opportunities, needs & expectations of interested parties, internal & external issues, objectives & targets.
We communicate, train and motivate all personnel whose work assures the delivery of products and services.
This policy commitment will be subject to periodic review for continuing suitability.
