An opportunity has arisen within our Administration Department for a Trainee Admin Office Assistant. The role is both interesting and varied and will commence with training to NVQ level 2 in administration.

Duties:

  • Undergo relevant training programmes set by the management team for General Administration duties.
  • Work place ‘Hands on’ training and experience, working with the department supervisory and management team to complete tasks set for individual planned training within the workplace. Ensure compliance with the various departmental procedures at all times.
  • Data preparation and input – preparation of documents for data input relating to allocated data input role. Ensure all necessary checks and details are correct prior to data entry requirements. Following data entry provide any necessary reports to relevant department.
  • On a daily basis carry out general allocated office administration duties

to include, word processing, scanning,  photocopying, reports, phone cover, filing  and archiving for departments as necessary.
